Welcome to the Customer Support Section of VATSOFTS! We are pleased to have you as our valued customer. You are our top priority and your satisfaction means the world to us. At VATSOFTS, we believe that true customer satisfaction can be evoked only when a good product is backed by responsive and attentive service and after sales support. Now, you can submit you support request by logging into the customer support panel. You can enter your queries online by generating tickets for your projects. We have a fully managed facility allowing minimum response time. We pride ourselves for a fast, reliable and friendly support team. An average support request is answered in 30 minutes.


You will have the following features in the Customer Support Panel:



• The users shall be provided with the User name and password to login into the customer support system.
• The user will be navigated to the personalized page. Where the customer will see the personal profile as Name, Address and Personal details in the first section on the page
• In the second section, the User will see the List of projects; also the Projects will be Hyperlinked to a new page where the user can post Tickets for any queries or issues.
• If there is not ticket, at the bottom of the page there will be an option of Submit a new Ticket.
• In the next page, the User will see the Personal Profile and Project Information on Top of the Page. Below that the User will see the List of Tickets for that Project already posted if any.
• Those tickets will contain the subject line for the ticket posted already in a serial order. The Ticket Subjects will be hyperlinked to the Description of ticket.
• The user can see the response of the ticket provided by RG InfoTech Support Team and Post the reply on the same. For any support, please mail us at support@vatsofts.com or call us at 001 409 457 9338. We are committed to resolve any issues you might have within 24 hours of your request.
